[opensuse-kde3] Quanta doesn't save changes

Hello, found a wrong behaviour for quanta. Just made any changes for my website (project in quanta), but it is impossible to save a changed file (over the fish-protocoll using ftp). I think, that happen's since one of the KDE3-updates. Don't know, since which update it was. Please, korrect this annoying behaviour.
