Earlier releases it was provided by, e.g.
yast2-branding-openSUSE-3.2.3-1.1.noarch
I got YaST2 icons by force installing 15.0's package (after rpm -e --nodeps --justdb yast2-branding-openSUSE*151*, because of a file conflict /etc/icewm/preferences.yast2), 2436 bytes in 15.0, 2580 in 15.1. Missing icons bother me not. Most are useless as anything other than placeholders, too tiny to have visible meaning. -- Evolution as taught in public schools is religion, not science.
