Nothing against KDE3 in B.O.O. has been fixed in quite some time. Is there any reason to thing anything David Rankin cannot fix himself will ever get fixed?
[snipped] Hello: I also do use KDE3 almost exclusively. One user uses KDE4 but it is still in openSUSE 13.1. I use KDE3 in openSUSE Leap 42.2 and 42.3 and on one computer in Leap 15.0. It works nicely, only in 15.0 it gives kdesu error if I want to run applications as root. See: https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-kde3/2018-12/msg00002.html. I haven't tried 15.1 yet. Previously I used trinity TDE in 13.2 and it was OK but I like opensuse KDE3 better. I am grateful to all who are still making it work.
