[opensuse-kde3] 11.4 - kde control center is blank

I just did a fresh install of OpenSuSE 11.4 and KDE 3.5 lastnight on my computer. The first thing I noticed is that the KDE Control Center loads blank so I can't adjust a lot of KDE's settings.
