Konsole needs update the add support for ANSI X3.64 'E' and 'F' escapes

All, After fumbling around with why kde3 konsole could not properly display output from Archlinux pacman package manager, It looks like it is due to kde3 not having implemented ANSI X3.64 containing 'E' and 'F' escapes for cursor movement. KDE5 implemented with: https://invent.kde.org/utilities/konsole/-/commit/66c830484c3e042284b23114ab... TDE seems to have implemented this as well from information in the feature request I filed as: https://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/gitea/TDE/tde/issues/71 Do you want me to file a feature request with openSUSE or do you want to just pick the change up from here? -- David C.
