Hello Felix, Watching through yast on the repository "openSUSE-Leap42.3-oss", I did not see any package titled "xf86-video-ati" (supposed to be between "xf86-video-ast" and "xf86-video-chips", isn't it ?) ! This implyes that I can not check the the proposed version, as there is no proposition. Can you confirm, please that I did not dream ? What could I do to help the X system, related to the mouse ? It is fonctionnal, anyway. Thank you, Patrick Serru --------------------- Le samedi 16 décembre 2017, Felix Miata a écrit :
Good to know.
You should reinstall xf86-video-ati-7.9.0-1.4 from the 42.3 oss repository. If the problem returns, you should file an openSUSE bug report, attach y2logs and Xorg.0.log, then reinstall 7.7.1-3.1.
Your http://susepaste.org/view/raw/92050951 seems to indicate you did have a mouse problem: [ 97.990] (II) SYN_DROPPED event from "PixArt USB Optical Mouse" - some input events have been lost.
