I just did a zypper dup from 42.2 directly to 15.1. The process went well, but on reboot I found kdebindings3 is a 42.2 package; a 15.1 package is not found. KDM3 and KDE3 do seem to be working normally though. Did the split of glibc-locale-base off from glibc-locale cause this?
