Original Server Authentication Dialog

All, For completeness, this "Server Authentication" dialog is the first dialog that was shown, clicking "Details" brought up the last one I posted: https://paste.opensuse.org/33161863 I haven't attempted any connection to tgftp.nws.noaa.gov. That's what makes this so bizarre. I did get a recent e-mail from them: nws.radarfeedback@noaa.gov But that was in Thunderbird. There isn't any attachment or live link to any ftp site there, so I'm at a loss at what triggered the "Server Authentication" and SSL Information dialogs. UNLESS -- this is the kweather app connection -- now this is making sense (though I didn't know that was SSL or that a cert-error in kweather could trigger a check??) -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
