Still no icons. :-(
BTW, this is a bigger problem than just icons, apparently overall theming. Mouse pointers are some kind of tiny fallbacks that don't occur over GTK or QT3 apps. I have a TW installation with Plasma via KDM3 (which BTW doesn't start at boot, only after 'systemctl restart xdm') also absent YaST2 icons. # zypper in yast2-control-center-qt Loading repository data...
