ISDN B1: ippp0 doesn't exist in /proc/net/dev
Hi! Mein Problem ist folgendes. Ich möchte meine B1 Karte unter SuSE 6.3 ans Laufen bringen. Also: Standardinstallation + i4l und i4lfirm installiert und so vorgegangen, wie unter http://sdb.suse.de/sdb/de/html/js_avmb1pci.html beschrieben. Sobald ich die ISDN-Parameter konfiguriert habe und unter yast testweise starte, erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung: Starting isdn4linux on device ippp0 /dev/isdnctrl: No such device /sbin/init.d/i4l: ippp0 doesn't exist in /proc/net/dev Check ISDN hardware configuration and activate cat /proc/pci sagt: Bus 0, device 8, function 0: Network controller: AVM Unknown device (rev 0). Vendor id=1244. Device id=700. Fast devsel. IRQ 5. Master Capable. Latency=32. I/O at 0x1000 [0x1001]. I/O at 0x1080 [0x1081]. /var/log/messages sagt: Jan 6 08:46:50 sinfonix modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module ippp0 Hat jemand vielleicht eine Idee? Ciao, Christian
Hallo! Vielleicht kann ich ja helfen, denn ich hatte das gleiche Problem bis gestern, allerdings mit einer TELE$-OCMCIA-Karte, die hatte auch kein ippp0! Mach mal Folgendes: modprobe isdn modprobe hisax type=?? io=???? irq=?? |nimm die Werte aus den |Kernelmeldungen. /sbin/init.d/i4l start /sbin/init.d/route start Genau das war mein Problem und ich hab's gelöst. Vielleicht hilfts ja auch erst mal bei Dir!?!
