Internetzugang via ISDN Teles 13.6c
Hallo Liste, Ich habe Suse 8.1 neu installiert und es wird meine ISDN-Karte Teles 13.6c erkannt. beim Booten kommt aber dann eine Fehlermeldung: (Zitat aus boot.msg) ... Ich kenne mich mit 8.1 bzw Yast 2 nicht aus, Der Vergeben io 0x580 ist bei der so16.3 soweit ich weiß nicht möglich (nur 0x180 0x280 und 0x380) Schau mal nach dem Dip-Switch auf der Karte und vergleich das mit deiner Konfiguration. Ist der IRQ5 bei Dir frei ? der helmet

Mit Windows kann ich über diese Karte einwandfrei surfen. Ein Defekt ist also auszuschließen! Was kann ich tun?

Ich kann an der Karte nichts einstellen die läuft auch unter Windows. An der Rechner-Konfiguration hab ich nichts geändert. Karte ist Plug&Play somit hat die mit dem BIOS wohl selbst die io 0x580 vereinbart hm hab gerade noch mal Windows an dem Rechner hochgefahren. da steht im "Gerätemanager" zwar io 0x580 aber IRQ 9 ! gibt keine DIP-switches oder Jumper... mit freundlichen Grüßen aus dem "Alten Forsthaus" Michael Temeschinko

Erzeuge ein /etc/isapnp.conf File und stelle dort die richtigen Werte ein. pnpdump > /etc/isapnp.conf editier das file un stell 0x580 als IO und 5 als IRQ ein, nicht vergessen die entsprechenden # zuentfernen (auch vor (ACT Y), falls da eins ist) dann mit isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf aktivieren und anschliessend rcisdn start isdn starten. -- Karsten Keil SuSE Labs ISDN development
