ich habe schon viele verucht, und auch wertvolle Hinweise in dieser Liste
erhalten, aber ich erhalte immer wieder die gleiche Fehlermeldung:
Protokollfehler Ebene 2
Hardwarebeschreibung: Fritzcard classic mem:0x300, irq=10, (kein
Geräte-Konflikt)
vorsichtshalber habe ich alle anderen Karten entfernt. Nur noch
VGA-Adapter und Fritzcard classic.
Der Vollständigkeit hablber: Telefonanlage AGFEO AS192; Telekom-Ansschluss
point to Multipoint (kein Point to Point!)
Software: SuSE9.1, kernel 2.6.5, Online-update durchgeführt
Zusätzliche Hinweise:
Wenn ich in diesem Rechner die Fritzcard PCI verwende funktioniert alles!
Mit dem selben ISDN-Kabel und an der selben ISDN-Steckdose.
Wenn ich die Fritzcard classic in einem anderen Rechner mit Win2000
verwende funktioniert sie fehlerfrei.
Ich möchte aber diese Fritzcard classic in diesem Rechner (Pentium II,
350Mhz, 128MB) verwenden; es soll ein Internet-server und FAX-server
werden. HOFFENTLICH.
Ich habe einen Ausschnitt aus /var/log/messages beigefügt:
hier die Variante mit Fritzcard classic;
Der Verbindungsaufbau funktioniert fehlerfrei, es wird erst nach dem
eingestellten Timeout von 600sec. getrennt. ABER wenn ich einen
Internetbrowser (Opera, Konquerer) starte oder e-mails herunterlade wird
die Verbindung nach kurzer Zeit wegen Protokollfehler Ebene 2 getrennt.

Wenn die Verbindung abgebrochen wurde, kommt bei einem neuerlichen Versuch
mich einzuwählen nie mehr eine Verbindung zustande. Es wird immer mit
Protocol error layer 2 abgebrochen noch bevor eine Verbindung aufgebaut
werden konnte. Erst nach 'capiint stop' gefolgt von 'capiinit reload' kann
eine neue Verbindung aufgebaut werden - ja bis dann durch eine
Internetanwendung die Vebindung wieder getrennt wird.
Mit der Fritzcard pci läuft alles bestens:

selbst wenn der ISP nach 8 Stunden die Leitung trennt wird mit 'persist'
automatisch wieder eingewählt und alles läuft weiter.
Woran liegt es, dass ich das mit der Fritzcard classic nicht schafffe?
