capi4hylafax and related ?

Hi list. I've installed capi4hylafax-4.1.3-56 and hylafax-4.1.3-56 and configured them as directed on SuSE 8.0. The c2faxrecv entry in inittab is respawning. When I try to run c2faxrecv manually as root it reports "CAPI not installed, started or have no access rights on it!". A re-read of Readme_CAPI4Hylafax makes me think that I need capi4linux? If so, where can I get an rpm for SuSE 8.0 ? Is it something else ? Sven
