Dear Heroes, lieber Christian, lieber Georg you have probably noticed that I have not been very active lately. I have not been attending our monthly calls and I have not been doing much of anything. As of 1 January, I have started a new job and it is taking up all my time. I have already resigned from a couple of charity jobs I was doing, but I thought I could probably carry on with openSUSE Heroes. I really can't - I simply do not have the time and energy to stay involved, to dedicate the time needed. So I have to step down or at least take a step back. So, so long and thanks for all the fish. Maybe I'll be back in 6-7-8 years when I retire. Beste Grüsse Per PS: the only thing that needs regular manual attention is the mailman held queue. If it grows too big, all of mailman grinds to a halt. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (10.2°C) Member, openSUSE Heroes

Hi Per, sad news, but an understandable decision. It's good to respect ones limits. I have not gotten to know you for as long as others have, but always appreciated collaborating with you. Thank you for all the work and all the best with your new duties. You know where to find us when boredom strikes. Take care, Georg
