Dear Admins, I have the same problem with opensuse-buildservice:

The message from with subject "Re: [opensuse-buildservice] Ubuntu Next and Fedora Rawhide builds failing: missing libpcre2" was unable to be delivered to the list because of an access rule set up by the list administrator.
