[heroes] meeting logs and summary
Hello, I uploaded meeting logs from the last meetings, but I didn't write summaries. You can find them in the progress wiki, but maybe it would be a good idea to move them to en.opensuse.org? Our meetings are public either way, and people could benefit from reading our summaries etc. Opinions? https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/opensuse-admin-wiki/wiki/Meetings -- Theo Chatzimichos <tampakrap@opensuse.org> <tchatzimichos@suse.com> System Administrator SUSE Operations and Services Team

Having them public would be a good idea, I think - people love to know what's going on "behind the scene". -- Per Jessen, Zürich (3.8°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - your free DNS host, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: heroes+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: heroes+owner@opensuse.org

I wanted to start migrating them under openSUSE:Heroes/Meetings that Lars created, but I can not upload .txt or .log files at the wiki. Christian/Sarah, is there any chance we can have one of the above two extensions accepted? If not, I will create separate pages for the logs -- Theo Chatzimichos <tampakrap@opensuse.org> <tchatzimichos@suse.com> System Administrator SUSE Operations and Services Team

Just for the records: We (Theo and I) discussed this on IRC, here's the summary: We'll attach the IRC logs to the "meeting tickets" on progress.o.o so that we have everything at one place [1]. This also means to create dummy tickets for past meetings so that we have something where we can attach the IRC logs ;-) On en.o.o, we should probably add a link to a progress.o.o query that lists all heroes meeting tickets (both open and closed) instead of manually listing the meetings there (and forgetting to add some of them) ;-) Regards, Christian Boltz [1] see my mail in the "RFC: Preparing meeting at 2017-03-05, 18:00 UTC" discussion last week for more details why I like this way ;-) -- [Need tool to uncover Rootkits] Our approach is not to let rootkits enter the system :) [Marcus Meissner in https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=199078] -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: heroes+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: heroes+owner@opensuse.org

All done, see https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Heroes/Meetings (the progress opensuse-admin-wiki Meetings link also redirects there now) -- Theo Chatzimichos <tampakrap@opensuse.org> <tchatzimichos@suse.com> System Administrator SUSE Operations and Services Team

Why not following Christian's suggestion : * create a ticket in progress like I did for the next meeting * make it public * attach the log That way we would have everything at one place...
