The WebAPI cannot read content, because the folder doesn't have permission flag enabled. My guess that it is intentional and is somehow related to licensing, e.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/openSUSE/comments/t28rjg/ciscoopenh264/ Regarding the instructions for existing package - I hope somebody updates the wiki. The message in browser could be nicer of course, I've added to my TODO list.
Correct, the permissions are intentional. I asked about the AJAX error in the email thread about the original implementation of this download repository - but I think it got lost.
