Hi As the maintenance window tomorrow might result in some outages for all openSUSE services in Nuremberg, I decided at short notice to setup an additional machine for status.opensuse.org on the cluster in Provo. The new machine "status2.opensuse.org" is already up and running, the DB is cloned. I'm currently waiting to get the ports opened in the firewall. After that, we should be able to switch the DNS alias status.opensuse.org from status1 to status2 - and should be done. I just tested very roughly (as it's not so easy to test without network ;-) - and did no "redundant" setup (sync between the two nodes) - so please inform me personally if you are doing changes on the new status2 host, as I need to sync them manually for now.
