What you've seen clearly looks like spam(mer) behaviour, therefore the
ban is correct.

I'm quite sure lots of people just blindly "friend back" when getting a
friendship request - actually I'm surprised that only 10 of our users
out of the 1700 "friends" did this ;-)
Or worse, "the bad guys" prepared in advance some subscriptions to make
friends and look normal.
Now I think I'll wait a week and then delete her, in order to delete the
