[heroes] meet.opensuse.org impressum and privacy policy
Hello folks! Let me say thanks for the setup of our own jitsi instance! Kudos! :) I would like to inform you that as per today, the instance is missing the impressum and the privacy policy. Here[0] you can find a useful guide for adding it. It's in German but I suppose should be fine. ;) The impressum/imprint is here[1]. For the privacy policy I suppose this[2] should be ok. [0] https://www.kuketz-blog.de/jitsi-meet-vorlage-fuer-datenschutzerklaerung/ [1] https://en.opensuse.org/Imprint [2] https://en.opensuse.org/Terms_of_site Thanks again for all your great efforts in taking care of our openSUSE infra. Hi Marina Marco, who is our Jitsi Hero, is currently on vacation. So I jumped in and tried my best. He might have some better ideas once he is back - so things might change... Am Wed, 22 Apr 2020 10:53:31 +0200 schrieb Marina Latini <mlatini@suse.de>:

It's sadly not as easy as it seems (see below ;-) But at least for now we have an Impressum/Imprint Link at the left bottom and our Geeko logo at the top left.

This was partly helpful, yes. I might have a typo in the css file - at least in the end it did not work as expected. So I have to admit that I ended up in hacking app.bundle.min.js inside the jitsi/web container. This is neither nice nor will it survive an update. But at least we have some basic information available for now. I hope this solves it for now? Thanks for taking care of the instance on behalf of Marco. :)

oh, sad that there were issues :(

I saw it, thanks for the workaround :)

I'll have a look at the instance hosted by TDF[0] asking to our infra team there. it seems that the impressum link doesn't fork anymore there. I'll keep you posted if I'll discover something helpful also for us/you folks.
