FYI, I brought it up to Lars yesterday, I haven't heard back from him yet. I don't have enough insight to really do much myself. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (13.4°C) openSUSE mailing list admin -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: heroes+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: heroes+owner@opensuse.org

Sorry for the delay, but I had a day off yesterday without contact to anything "Internet" related... On Sat, 21 Oct 2017 16:35:39 +0900 Richard Brown <rbrown@suse.de> wrote:

Another proof that "renumbering is just giving the interface another IP address" is not really a true story. Looks like the last days the only thing that helped us was the nscd caching... * changed DNS entries of mirrordb servers, so pontifex3 asks the right machines (after their switch to the new IP range) * changed pg_hba.conf on both mirrordb servers to re-allow connections from pontifex3 again * adapted apache settting to allow more connections for now (maybe a setting we can leave on) JFYI: Ludwig has his root-rights back on pontifex3, so he can play along again.
