After a short conversation with rbrown on IRC, I removed the packages in question and "blocked" (by changing the password) the user account for OBS and the wikis.
Please also CC admin@opensuse.org next time, so we can track those issues there instead of a mailinglist used for conversations ;-).
Note: that does not mean that such important issues should not be sent here, too.
