The "Manage this list" interface is Postorius, not Hyperkitty, it even says so in the top left. Since Hyperkitty is the archiver, anything related to archives will be done in Hyperkitty, anything related to mailing list subscriptions and settings will be done in Postorius.
I open the profile of the spammer. I don't see any button to unsubscribe him or delete his post.
