[heroes] Wiki source code and test environment

Hello, I am making a new UI theme for openSUSE sites. software.opensuse.org is almost finished. Now I am turning to wiki. Here are some problems I have: 1. The source code on Github is still MediaWiki 1.22, not the newer version in testing wiki 2. Cannot setup a local test environment. All kinds missing PHP files problems appear. Many things on LocalSettings.php doesn't work with local test environment. Hope someone knowing wiki configuration could help me!
