[heroes] New meeting time at every first Tuesday at 20:00

Dear Heroes,   Last meeting we had the topic meeting time, because we wanted to change it for SUSE-IT employees. I have written this offer and we can announce, that they can take part of it. So we'll change the next Heroes meeting from the first Sunday to the first Tuesday every month.
