I think you choose the wrong email address for your request. This is the mailing list of the openSUSE heroes, who take care of the infrastructure of openSUSE.
Maybe the overview at http://lists.opensuse.org/ can give you an idea for a better mailing list where you can get an answer. Only two there contain the string "bug", opensuse-factory and opensuse-bugs.
