https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php Which clearly states that full support for php 7.3 will stop during Leap 15.2's lifetime, i.e. mean that Leap 15.2's php version in case of it being 7.3 would need either updating to 7.4 or backporting all the changes to Leap 15.2's php 7.3
