This can not be downloaded. With aria2c it produces a 4 bit file. We have to use the plain link, not https.

If aria2c does not support TLS v1.3, shouldn't it just use TLS v1.2 instead? I wouldn't expect https mirrors to enforce TLS v1.3 just yet. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (18.6°C) Member, openSUSE Heroes
