[opensuse-haskell] LTS-6 and stackage nightly
Hi all, I now submitted LTS-6 to devel:languages:haskell and created SR to openSUSE:Tumbleweed. In Tumbleweed we waiting for many legal reviews. This blocks for example new 'stack'. On other side in Stackage Nightly is now ( 27.5.2016) GHC-8.0.1 ) , so @Peter is possible submit new GHC to devel:languages:haskell:lts ? Some packages might fail because of upper version bounds (mainly on base). Hackage releases "revisions" to packages where you can download an updated .cabal file with relaxed version bounds. So far I have added those .cabal files as another source file and copied it into place in %setup. We should probably amend the Haskell packaging guidelines accordingly. See home:ptrommler:branches:devel:languages:haskell/ghc-mtl for an example. Happy Haskelling!
