Thanks for info on source of ham radio software for 9.3. I downloaded the whole directory tree .../ham/9.3-i386 (only about 14MB total) although I had to use windows to download it as have not yet managed to get a WiFi card fully functional under linux. When I do the priority will be to update the system before playing with the ham stuff in ernest. First applications tried work perfectly, even those using the sound card. Richard G4BBH
