callsign N5XWB calling; I got cqrlog for hams working on openSuSE 11.4. It took hamlib, firebird DB and cqrlog. But it is up! It looks rather complete also. It has a gray line map (shows where the sun is) and has a hook to control the radio (I believe via hamlib). It shows 9600 baud. cqrlog_0.9.5_bin.tar.gz, hamlib-1.2.12.tar.bz2 FirebirdCS-2.1.3.18185-0.i686.tar.gz Firebird installed in /opt, hamlib in /usr/lib/hamlib and I put cqrlog in /usr/share/cqrlog. I created a link to /usr/share/cqrlog/cqrlog in /usr/bin. Finally edited /usr/share/cqrlog/firebird.conf to tell it where to look for firebird. -- 73 de Donn Washburn 307 Savoy Street Email:" n5xwb@comcast.net " Sugar Land, TX 77478 LL# 1.281.242.3256 Ham Callsign N5XWB HAMs : " n5xwb@arrl.net " VoIP via Gizmo: bmw_87kbike / via Skype: n5xwbg BMW MOA #: 4146 - Ambassador " http://counter.li.org " #279316 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-ham+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-ham+help@opensuse.org
