Uf, i´ve just noticed that not only 'Prefered applications' and 'Startup Applications' appears. As discussed on IRC, this is because of the update-desktop-files change that keeps X-GNOME-* categories. So I reverted that (to the broken state where we remove them...), and everything should be okay for 11.3. But this will come back after 11.3, and we'll have to fix things properly then.
