[opensuse-gnome] Mono Maintainership?
Looking at the Mono website, I see "Mono 2.10.8 was released on December 19, 2011". Looking at our packages in Factory, we're still at Mono 2.10.6. Is there anybody taking care of Mono in openSUSE? Or how should we proceed with Mono? I'm sending this first to the GNOME list since AFAIK most GNOME applications are part of GNOME, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn,Jennifer Guild,Felix Imendörffer,HRB16746 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+owner@opensuse.org

I'm very slowly working on this stuff. I'm actually going to the MonkeySpace conference next month and hoping to sit down with xamarin's release manager to see what we can get figured out. Thanks, Steve. So, who can help you with this? I think we need more than just you do move Mono forward continiously, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn,Jennifer Guild,Felix Imendörffer,HRB16746 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+owner@opensuse.org
I've fixed a few things in the past and never really finished it because upstream was involved and the current packaging suggested that the spec files were to be compatible with old releases and even other popular RPM based distribution. If there is need for extra hands I don't really mind shouldering a bit of the task. That ok with you sshaw ? Melhores cumprimentos, Nelson M.
