[opensuse-gnome] GNOME Calendar/California unavailable?
I wanted to check it out, especially since I'm looking at getting a new tablet to turn into a GNOME tablet for my own use and to show off at events. Will it be made available? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+owner@opensuse.org

California is currently not available in TW; we had to drop it as the team does not keep up with evolution changes (which slowed down to one release a year, unlike the reast of the GNOME stack). Califrnia is likely to reappear in a short while. There is, though, gnome-calendar available. The new preview app as part of the GNOME Project. Dominique O, I thought California was the new gnome-calendar.
How is California related to Evolution? I thought they were seperate programs entirely. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+owner@opensuse.org

California (as well as gnome-calendar) make use of evolution-data- server to access calendar information of various sources... california and gnome-calendar are two different projects, but confusion is understandin :) Dominique -- Dimstar / Dominique Leuenberger <dimstar@opensuse.org>

California uses Evolution Data Server, presumably via D-Bus. -- Adam Tauno Williams <mailto:awilliam@whitemice.org> GPG D95ED383 Systems Administrator, Python Developer, LPI / NCLA -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+owner@opensuse.org
