Awesome, thanks. I made some changes in the versions of ruby-gnome2 and ruby-rcairo in home:maw that you should probably pick up: in particular, they now build on 10.2 and use .changes files.
IMHO, the bindings belong to the GNOME:Community repo. But there is another problem I saw coming (and that's why I stopped):
If we include alexandria to GNOME:Community, we drag in GeoIP, which is already in the Python repo and the Ruby repo and some others. I don't know whether this or something like it, will lead to problems but I'm rather uncomfortable with it.
Maybe the community as a whole should discuss a common openSUSE:Community repo where we put packages like that to minimize duplication (and possible brakes).
