Hi all,

I've submitted a small patch to package 'notify-osd' on GNOME:Apps which fixes a problem that will hit a large number of users.

Currently notify-osd will display a small shadow around it, unfortunately this shadow appears corrupted when composite isn't enabled, and recent cards from ATI also seem to have this problem despite of using composite/openGL or not.

The patch was taken from upstream and should be merged on the next official release.
