[opensuse-gnome] DjVu support in Evince
Greetings. How to enable <subj> in OpenSuse 10.2 and why it's not done by default? Thanks. -- Kirill Kirillov. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

It would be very nice. I wasn't aware it could display them. Also, it would be nice if Nautilus could recognize a djvu file as konqueror does (if the plugin is installed), and display a preview, as N. does for jpg or .pdf. Now that I'm asking, djvu support in gimp (creation too), and in tools like OOo would be extremely nice. Those things are stoppers for djvu progress, IMO. - -- Cheers, Carlos E. Evince can show djvu and Nautilus can make thumbnails with it's help. The only problem is to compile Evince with djvu support enabled and to have postinstall rpm script for djvu evince-thumbnailer theme. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

There is no way. You have to recompile it. But it is turned on for OpenSuSE 10.3 and available in OpenSUSE repository GNOME:UNSTABLE for 10.2. -- Best Regards / S pozdravem, Stanislav Brabec software developer --------------------------------------------------------------------- SUSE LINUX, s. r. o. e-mail: sbrabec@suse.cz Lihovarská 1060/12 tel: +420 284 028 966 190 00 Praha 9 fax: +420 284 028 951 Czech Republic http://www.suse.cz/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org
