[opensuse-gnome] evolution-pilot
What's the status on evolution-pilot? I want to upgrade Gnome and Evolution to 2.32 from the stable repo, but the only available version of ep is 2.30. My choices are to keep evo 2.30 or deinstall ep. Jon -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

It is for syncing with palm devices. IIRC, the last time someone worked on it was when JPR was with #opensuse-gnome and Evolution. I think you can just uninstall that and proceed with the update. The gnome-pilot support in evolution was removed in evo 2.31.6. It moved to gnome-pilot (since 2.32.0). If someone wants to update gnome-pilot in G:S:2.32, please do it :-) Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

Looks like G:F has 2.32 - can it just be copied/linked into G:S:2.32? -- James Ogley (riggwelter) openSUSE Member GNOME Team e: riggwelter@opensuse.org w: http://opensuse.org/GNOME t: @riggwelter openSUSE: Get It, Discover It, Create It at http://www.opensuse.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

Assuming it builds fine, yes (for copied, not linked -- that will break later on). Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

I've done a local build against G:S:2.32/oS_11.3 and it builds absolutely fine and passes the checks. -- James Ogley (riggwelter) openSUSE Member GNOME Team and Planet SUSE e: riggwelter@opensuse.org w: http://opensuse.org/GNOME t: @riggwelter openSUSE: Get It, Discover It, Create It at http://www.opensuse.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

I just copied gnome-pilot and gnome-pilot-conduits to G:S:2.32, since apparently, nobody had done it yet and there was no submit request. Thanks for checking, James!
