[opensuse-gnome] GNOME 3.4.0 in GNOME:Factory
Hi, We have GNOME 3.4.0 in GNOME:Factory: we had most of it published yesterday already, but a few updates were released upstream in the meantime. We got everything in again, and this morning everythig is published again :-) For those who wonder what's new in 3.4: http://library.gnome.org/misc/release-notes/3.4/ All in all, it seems to work nicely so I submitted to Factory (except for two packages, see below). The issues I'm aware of are: - keybindings still don't work; it's not new and I think it's because we have an old xorg server. But not 100% sure yet. - system users are appearing in the gdm login dialog (and in the control center users panel); that's because of a change of how users are filtered in accountsservice now. I've raised the question on opensuse-packaging. I didn't push accountsservice to Factory because of this. - the soversion of the library in gdl is wrong, so I didn't push it to Factory. We're waiting for a > 3.4.1 tarball upstream. Now we can try building things for 12.1, if there's interest for this. It's just a matter of adding the build target in OBS, at least as a first step ;-) Cheers, Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+owner@opensuse.org
