I'm still working on updating the 11.3 docs. Now I'm wondering about the Gnome PolicyKit implementation. There are at least two packages: polkit-gnome and PolicyKit-gnome. polkit-gnome seems to be a library or something similar. PolicyKit-gnome come with /usr/bin/polkit-gnome-authorization that you can call. Confusingly enough, it is very different from the KDE config offerings that you can see with "systemsettings" > "Advanced" > "System policies". Why are these config option not visible in the Gnome tool? -- Karl Eichwalder R&D / Documentation SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org
