A version of libpurple with patch included is available in home:MBoman:branches:GNOME:Apps if you want to test it.
Unfortunately you did not publish the packages at all, so it's not easy to download them. Could you change that, please?
Build the packages myself. * Groupwise works fine
Does this really 'work fine' for you? for me. the status here is as follow: - connecting to GWIM is fine (yay... that's a first) - I can initiate a chat with somebody - I can chat for about 5 minutes - Empathy crashes -> And telepathy-haze / mission-control-5 remain 'somehwhat' running, giving me a notification of the last incoming message about every 10 seconds (stealing focus).
Would be good to see if experiences for you are similar (or better would be good too)
GWIM conferences (more than two people chat) failed for me when I last checked (11.2 + updates) (accepting an invitation didnt give any response) I will check with the latest and will let you know by the weekend.
