Looking what GNOME offers in this space, I did not find anything in what we ship, alas I found http://www.gnomefiles.org/app.php/Teatime .
Did I simply miss something (an alternative, perhaps) in our packaging of GNOME for openSUSE?
I also did look at the openSUSE Build Service and only found kteatime which makes me think I might have missed something already offered by vanilla GNOME.
If not, is there any chance to get Teatime included somehow? I'd be happy to invite anyone packaging this for FACTORY for a tea (or some- thing else). ;-)
Gerald,
Your tea is served!
Packages for openSUSE Factory are currently available in: obs://home:dimstar:branches:GNOME:Apps
The stack required for this applet is maybe putting people a bit off though. If you don't already have a full ruby stack on your system, you might be impressed what all is being dragged in.
If it manages to drag in more than kteatime to the same GNOME install, you might be interested in a helper runtime for writing applets, it begins with a K ;).
