We already have several people working in the team doing various things, and that's great! But there might be others who only have half an hour every now and then and think they can't make a difference with that. And that's wrong! Half an hour is more than enough to complete a task. The biggest barrier, though, is that you might have time to learn what you can do in such a short period of time, and how to do it. Hence the idea of mentoring.
1/2 an hour every now and then is something I could definitely do, probably more frequently than 'now and then' though, maybe 1/2 an hour 2 or 3 times a week. Totally agree with the learning barrier.
