Hi,
I think most applications using Gecko/XulRunner are maintained within Gnome so just to let you know:
mozilla-xulrunner191 landed in Factory now. (Actually it is 1.9.1b4 but will be updated whenever the final version is released.) Anyway packages depending on xulrunner (and especially mozilla-xulrunner190) should be tested against XulRunner 1.9.1 and in case they work just migrated to that version. The basic concepts of embedding should basically be the same between 1.9.0 and 1.9.1 but there might be API issues. mozilla-xulrunner190 will not be dropped from Factory _now_ but should be declared obsolete if 1.9.1 is working since we never know how long it will be supported after 1.9.1 gets released. So the target is to drop xulrunner 1.9 if all shipped applications are migrated to 1.9.1.
I filed https://bugzilla.novell.com/501397 to track all this. People are welcome to help, especially for testing the packages that have been migrated to 1.9.1.
