In that case, YOU, or HIM, have to directly tell the mail list administrator, not the mail list users. :-) The administrator address is just below your own signature, and in fact in every email you get from the list server, below every person signature. It is also included inside, in the headers, the one labelled "List-Owner". There is nothing we can do, only /he/ can. And it is possible that he doesn't read the list. And maybe the "spammer" is not that, but simply a machine that responds automatically to every email it receives. If someone spams that machine, sending a faked email that appears to be sent from "opensuse-gnome@opensuse.org", it responds automatically to the sender, that is, the list.
