[opensuse-gnome] Default IRC Client

Hello, We're currently in the process of trying to decide which application that we should install/use by default for IRC. There was a "discussion" on http://en.opensuse.org/GNOME/Pattern_Review with regards to this, but I added http://en.opensuse.org/GNOME/Pattern_Review/xchat for greater clarity. Please head over the to http://en.opensuse.org/GNOME/Pattern_Review/xchat and discuss your opinions. Please note that *not* installing xchat or xchat-gnome by default does not mean that we are dropping it from the distribution.
