Where are those? The lastest repo I see is /repositories/GNOME:/STABLE:/3.8/openSUSE_12.3
There won't be any backport effort to make GNOME 3.10 work on openSUSE 12.3... openSUSE 13.1 is coming out in a couple days and will have 3.10.1 included. Backporting to 12.3 is non-trivial due to various underlying changes, like bluez5 dependencies (which triggers full PulseAudio updates and surely breaks any eventual installed KDE install on 12.3).
