Yast2 is way ahead of PK in my opinion. As someone who currently runs OpenSUSE, Ubuntu and Fedora on a daily basis, OpenSUSE Yast software management > Fedora for ease of use currently. Precisely the reason why I like PK better. You don't have to give the root password to your underlings in order for them to install software :).
Now if YaST started using PolicyKit as well, I'd be fine with just keeping YaST
