[opensuse-gnome] Starting NetworkManager from Gnome main menu?

According to the openSUSE manual (Start-Up) you could start the "Network Connections" dialog from the Gnome main menu, if you click on the "Network:" entry in the right pane while NM is running. Now (tested on M7) the Yast network configuration is called. Is this intended bahavior?
