I moved that warning to https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Tumbleweed/FAQ/2 which is on a main portal page listed as FAQ in a right column.
Can anyone with right knowledge check that statement and if not correct remove it, or if it is, leave it in as long as it is correct.
The ideal way would be to have it work correct and remove statement.
